A Note From Jean Umland - April 23
Great news - The pre-Gathering Bible Studies can
now be downloaded. A primary function of the Family
Group is to grow together in Word. Bible study time
is an essential component of Family Group time. Please
use this three part study with your Family Group as
you prepare your hearts and minds to encounter the
CHOSEN theme and 1 Peter theology this July. Simple
go to the gathering website click on Adult Leaders
and then Resources.
Hotel Registration Forms are due today to the Gathering
Office. If you have not yet returnedyour forms, do
so immediately.
For your information ... As of March 2007, the fee
for parking at the Orange County Convention Center
is $10.00 per car perentry and $15.00 for oversized
vehicles (buses, etc.). After 5:00 PM, the charge
is $6.00 per car entry and $10.00 per oeversized vehicle.
Details about drop-off and parking for private coach
busses and automobiles will be coming in the final
hotel mailing and the June Peel.

of the Gathering Web Site? It is a good tool available
to help prepare your group for the Gathering.
A Note From Jean Umland - Feb. 19
Blessings to
all as we prepare for the Gathering. WOW, only 162
todays until CHOSEN!!! Lots of information has started
coming my way which I will be sharing with you via
e-amil. Also I strongly encourage you to check the
Gathering Web Site on a regular basis.
Now to the info ... Medical Consent Forms
are available for download. Go to "Adult Leades"
resource area of the web site - click on Adult Leaders-Resources
and then select "Forms and Applications"
to access the PDF file. All Gathering Participants
(both adult and youth) must complete these forms and
adult leaders must carry copies of student forms with
them at all times. Forms require notarization from
a notary public.
Gathering choir, symphony and dance ensemble:
To access forms go to "Eric's" area of the
site to learn more about each group and to download
applications. Applications can also be doownloaded
from "Adult Leader" Forms area of the site.
Applications need to be postmarked by April 1, 2007.
Transportation: If you are still
looking for groups to share transportation, please
let me know and I will share it via e-mail. CPS, the
contracted shuttle provider for the National Youth
Gathering, has made special pricing available to meet
and greet groups arriving into Orlando. The Gathering
Web Site can connect you to CPS and also allows you
to search for other transportation options to and
from the airport. Visit the Adult Leader area of the
Web site - Click on Orlando and select Transportation
from the right hand menu.

pro," there are many new things that you will
